Nephews are here in town ! last time i used to be pretty excited each time they visited us in Singapore.. this time round, mum & i feel "busy" cos u see =, now there are 2 boys, age 11 & 5 each.. and one more girl 8 months.. our hands are definitely full with them all..

so, saturday sis needs to revise for her upcoming exam, so i decided to bring them to have a tour at our Singapore National Museum.. heee.. lots of kids' activities to choose from.. you dun even need to pay a cent to enjoy the activities..

We started with the Mummur Playround in the basement:

the two boys seem to have so much fun, while we adults and bb just stay aside watching them and taking photos..

then we moved up to level 2, (level 1 young cinema second show is 4pm, we missed the 2 pm show), we went to the drawing sessions, where the two boys are given paper+colour pencil to draw whatever they want.. bb seems to enjoy seeing her cousins drawing.. she laugh and squeek..cutey cutey

then after they are bored with the drawing, we moved on to the giant snake on the same floor, they get to play the game with snake+ladder.. they managed to complete the whole game obediently with other kids.. amazing.. haaa.. cos they never seem to be able to stay put in one thing for long.. boyssss..

After the giant snake, we wanted to catch the story telling at level 3, but the long waiting (they altered the time from 3pm-330pm).. and Yann found out the min age group is until 8.. so we tot forget it.. we just moved on to young cinema at level 1. while waiting we stay at level1 and play the guant puzzle.. matching game & the worker's tool magnet..

Our last stop--> the young cinema started at 4pm.. well.. the setup is nice, cushioning and all..but the show is really.. bored.. bb even sleep while watching her very first so-called cinema.. hoo.. LGG too almost doze off.. after the 2 show, we went right home..

shall post photos when have time as these few days need to be nanny.. muahahha

Reading/playing corner

I've decided to take the area in the living room near our altar for bb's playing corner as there is where we can see her while doing our chores.. heee convenient la..


so i've pasted the poster for her.. bought a small book shelf, yet to assemble..

Bb can stand le..

heee..must quickly record down.. else i forget again.. she has been showing sign of climbing up.. but not successful each time as she will fall backwards.. so to prevent any faling out from hr cot, we have raised the bars on her cot..

today, she finally stand up on her own without any help from us.. she just hod the bars and push hrself up.. it's so natural.. no one teaches her how to do that.. so amazing..

anothe milestone completed.. so we shall wait for her to start walking..

Sewing project

Mum n i busy with our sewings this weekends.. we manged to complete the baby pram cushioning.. we bought thge material from spotlights few weeks back..

we still left with cushion covers.. and my quilt.. boo.. my singer sewing machine can make button holes.. not bad huh..cushion cover completed.. lalallaa..

Bread Making - Failed

Gesss.. my wholemeal bread just refuse to bloat up.. after product is so "kemek" like not enough energy to puff up.. so compact ... bored !

but i shall not give up.. will try the dough method this weekend !

Lazy to even take picture cos of the stupid outcome.. LG said tasted like kuih lapis.. this is not the first time he commented this way le.. why all my bread turned out to be like this ? my bread machine is not helpig much @_@

yesterday went to Kiddy palace to get some more toys for bb.. since we thought she already bored with her existing toys..

get some to develop her motor skill ..and also with some music.. i bought big puzzle play mat for her too to form her playground.. heee..

she likes to sit now.. whenever she has chance to roll about in her cot, she will just sit and grab her toys.. her sugarcane arms is stretching..not so sugarcane now.. heee.. she is now 71cm and 9.1kg.. hoooo...

Thinking of getting more toys with sounds for her.. she aleady fed up with most of her old toys.. but she seems to still like flash cards and her animal bathing book..

mm..what have i done during weekends ? heee.. spend most time playing wirth my girl of course.. sat we went to do some marketing.. bring loads of food back..

Sunday, i bake one cngel choco cake which turned out so hard.. shake head.. i really don't have much talent in baking.. then bake bun with pandan filling.. wanna finish it.. so i've finally cleared the filling..

bb is doing fine.. really happy to see her progress as now she can sit up effortlessly.. so clever.. muak muak.. my little hebi..

Ikea Trip

Before we went for the ultra sound.. last weekend we drop by at Ikea.. and they have this treat for anybody with can present receipt.. so we got this goodies.. dunno what it's called though.. which of course attract little Hebi la.. food is always fastinating to her.. heee

Insurance ! YOU & I need it!

I always believe we should buy insurance.. but im not sure how will it help.. cos i just buy when the insurance advisor said "good to buy"..either cover for sickness or savings.. i buy quite a lot for my self and i bought 4 for my baby.. THIS IS THE SMARTEST MOVE EVER !

Lucky thing i bought and already plan to buy even before she was born.. so now, with the coverage, at least we wont have to worry about hospital bill.. enough worries already.

With her condition, even after the surgery, insurance company may not let her get subsequent insurance without any exception i guess.. lucky thing i bought lifetime insurance for her.. so she need not worry so much la..

Non bake cheese cake

My First cheese cake.. non-bake version.. i follow the recipe from a blog.. seems simple. But, i have to chill it for 3 days to be hard enough to cut one one piece like in the photo.. the very first day, overnight, still too soft to cut out one piece..maybe gelatine not enough ?

I kinda like the taste of the cream cheese cake.. but LGG said prefer harder version of cheese cake.. mum said ok.. maid said.. anything also can..

Not too bad for first trial... i bake bun too turned out too hard.. anyway.. maid said "anything also can" so she wallup most of it la..

will make more this weekend as i wanna clear the green tea filling we bought last year.. pheww..

Cooking/baking may cheer me up a bit huh.. i eat chocolate lately.. cos it seems to lift up my mood. heee.. i swim this week.. exercise can help me keep my head clear.. Life is such a challenge !

Worried Mum

Been telling myself not to cry for this matter.. cos crying will not help in any way.. LGG is telling me this too..

so, i guess.. it's how testing and challenging life is.. cos i keep asking in my mind.. why is this happening.. everything is so perfect before this comes to us..

why ? why ? why? many whys? but no answer.. mum said.. we just have to accept the reality and find out the resolution instead of feeling sad over it...

Duplex Kidney

I really sad.. cos my bb ultra scan detected that she has duplex collecting system in her left kidney.. when the doctor told us this.. we are really lost.. cos what is this ? what duplex ?

really never heard before. but after searching the web.. we are getting worried as it could be more serious than we could expect..

this condition is called duplex kidney.. meaning, there are two tract coming out from the kidney to the bladder instead of the normal one tract...if the urine did not flow properly.. if it flow back up.. it will cause infection to the kidney and damage the kidney.

so we will do another checkup which is called MCU to test if her urine flowing mechanism is normal. if it flow back, this will cause subsequent UTI that will infect the kidney..

So, pray hard for her.. i told my fren, being a mother is not easy.. wat's more being a mother of an unhealthy child.. the only consolation now is she is still active/normal and cutey...sob..

BB First Home accident -first duku

Really dunno how to say..thursday early morning..when feeding bb.. i use pillow to block her..while i go and make her milk.. she is sleeping with us in the middle.. there are still lots of space between her and the pillow.. while LGG sleep on her left...

usually LGG will awake and pat pat her while i make milk.. but this time round, LGG slept through.. din even hear bb's leg's bell ringing.. i dun feel good.. and quickly make milk.. the moment i walked into my room.. i heard "bok duk".. bb fall down from bed onto the floor.. my heart basically jumped out from my body... rushed to carry her up as she cry so hard.. trying to pacify her...feel so so heartache...

she rolled so much till she has enough strength to push the pillow onto the floor and herself onto the floor together with the pillow.. i guess the pillow somehow save her from serious injury.. she just has a "duku" on her left forehead.. small one..

geeess.. really scary lor... i've always worried she will fall down and always use pillows to block her.. still she drop down.. so we decided .. NEVER leave her unattended in places that can cause any accident such like this anymore.. when i make milk.. i will wake LGG.. we dun dare to take such risk anymore..

feel so sorry for bb.. lucky thing she is ok.. maybe a bit "gong gong" after the duku.. haaa...

Mother's day

we have long weekends this week so we brought mum to eat the dim sum at cross street..as
mother's day lunch.. we also bought her supplemets for her joints and all..really thank my mum for all her sacrifices to look after bb.. without her.. we really lost and cant concentrate on our work..

Our 10th Year

This is the 10th year mark since we first arrive in Singapore... so we thought.. we shall celebrate 10th year of friendships...by doing some gethering or celebrations !

Suh has been here for 12 years.. 2 years earlier as she completed her A levels here... Jia+Me came here after our STPM.. While ML came here after her "Du Zhong" she retained 1 year cos she didn't make through the entry exam in NTU.. Thus she is 1 year younger than us instead of 2 years..

maybe i shall dig out thoese old photos we have taken and compare before and after.. muah.. shall do it next week after my long weekends leave..

BB favourite move...

This is one of her favourite stretching.. she will pull both of her legs to the front then suck her toes...mm.. i wonder if it tastes good.. Jen's bb also like to suck toes.. he even hold bottle with two feet.. OMG

luckily bb is more lady-like.. she only suck big toes.. not the whole 5 toes.. haaaa..

Emotion control

I've been feeling bad recently for being an angry employer..yeas.. employer.. cos one or two days.. i will be "lecturing" my maid.. i will control her food.. i will keep pointing out her mistakes.. things she never do or things she cant do well to my liking...

i feel tired and irritated with my new role.. why do i have to make myself so emotionally taxing with maid.. home suppose to be a place for me to rest my mind/body and feel serene and peaceful.. but i will come back home and feel agitated with things she failed to perform up to my satisfaction.. even many times i corrected her.. still she cant do it right or simply never carry it out..

i have to control her food as she eats like bull. one big loaf of bread , hubby+I eat for 3-4 days.. she alone 3 days all gone.. the bread spread 4 days 1/2 bottle.. we take nearly a month to finish one bottle.. she eats two big bowl of rice for lunch.. we gave her so many tins of cookies during cny.. she finished over a weekends...but we never even see when she eats it.. so we guess when we go out, she is busy eating...

so now, i control her food.. by portion it by days.. i have to tell her one bottle of bread spread for few weeks.. 3 pieces of bread for breakfast + 3in1 drink. she eats whatever we eat for dinner, so lunch she will either cook her own noddles or fry the left over rice.. i bought fish for her, but she prefers sausages.. she can finish 3 packs of sausages in 2 weeks or lesser.. but the selar fish few weeks still in freezer.. shake head..give her ice cream.. one head turn.. you see only the stick in the dustbin..

so scary .. but when she work.. really cannot compare with the speed she finish her food. 3 clothes or 6 cloths.. she will takes more than 1 hour to iron.. wash my room , scrub or no scrub will take minimum 45 mins.. slow motion.. one day fold dunno how many times of clothes.. walk up n donw dunno wat she is doing.. act busy..

phew... okok.. i got to control.. no point getting irritated by this.. there are many more important things to care abt. Jen was telling me.. dun expect them to deal things with the same level of IQ as we are.. they just dun get it or pretend not to get it.. cos if they understand moe means more work.. so act blur or 'bodoh' the best.. then no need do more..

i shall see how long will i bear with this maid this time..i dun send her back cos she seems scared whenever i tell her, "if u continue to work like this, i wanna send you back" she will said mum, don't.. i pity her cos i think maybe she needs money.. tat's why she came here in the first place.. but why cant she be serious .. do a better job for me ? then i happy she also happy ? i feel like keeping her becoem a burden to me..

maybe im still haven learn enough to deal with maid or to live with them ?i wonder how come some people can be so friendly with their maid.. geess..

bb's progress

How time flies..bb is now 7th month old le.. she can pull down handkerchief from our covered face.. even on her own face.. she walk so expertly on walker.. she can crawl forward.. still improving.. she can sit without support but still not stable .. she made lots more voices now.. she recognise our calling her names... she likes to play tickling game..

but she still dun want to learn waving.. like bye bye.. she refuse to move her hand each time.. shake head..

she will look at u hungrily each time u put something into ur mouth.. she will ask for food by approaching u... looking so pitifull.. gesss

Mum's works

Today, Jia and i email again.. both bored lady.. haa.. so we were talking abt what to do during free time, i wanted to do quilting +cross sticth.. she wanted to do something that can produce faster result..

i told her during bb's stay in hospital, all nurses in the ward envy bb cos she has this quilt made by my mum aka bb's grandma which is si colourful and nice.. the nurses keep saying bb very lucky and this is "wen nuan pai" heee..

so i post the quilt mum made for bb way before she was born...
(1) this is made from left over fabric from mum's frens who r tailor.. so this is all hand sticthed.. one by one cut ut the template then trace on fabric, cut out, show into the "pa gua" shap.. then hand stiched together.. the background was last sew on. thsi piece after completed, you feel like got cushioning between all the pentagons.. nice..
(2) this is another piece , squarish which is easier to make.flatter. but simple and nice.
(3) mum completed this purple sweater for bb. she made when baby sit her at home.. the scarf she just completed last week. all cross-sticthed.
my mum is good at doing craft work.. she made for all hergrand child.. my nephews all have a piece of the quilt + sweater.. lucky us..

Jesse Bear

Jesse Bear.. here i come.. so of the whole series of jesse bear books ( BFIAR concepts) i;ve gotten 4 from library with he help of my col..

today, i've scanned all 4 le.. so when free i shall print all in colour and paste in notebook for bb.. all free of charge.. im such a cost-conscious mummy don't i.. in a way.. so clever.. heee.. muahahahha..

now, i try to read the MR. series of book for bb daily.. but her attention span is never exceeding 5 minutes.. she will struggle to get out from my arms.. or look left look right.. really shaking head..

so shall work hard and log on her progress.. now we everyday have our evening walk around my housing area.. for her to see cars.. buses.. flowers.. plants.. heee..

on course today and tomorrow..wahh.. we found out this class is conducted just for my company people.. 6 of us.. all ladies.. and one of the lady is from KL. really can't believe it that their manager has so much budget to send her here for 2 days course.. EXCEL BASIC and INTERMEDIATE ??? and cover all accomodation, allowances and all..

So stupid hor. waste this type of moeny, she said KL no such class.. i was like.. arrr.. mouth open very big.. but.. hey, maybe it's the fact that their branch over there over laoded with budget lor..

My boss sms informing that JL's son fell down and injured his head now in KKH. my boss' son was hospitalised last week due to high fever during his NS. mine was hospotalised last last week cos UTI... mmm.. maybe someone cursed us.. why all our children hospitalised in the same month...

Cross stitch..

Today i borowed a cross sticth book from lib. really tempted to start another cross stitch project.. this time round i tot of doing a huge one.. geisha to hang in my living room..

still considering.. as once started i cannot stop.. but do i have so much time in hand ?? last time i used 3 months to complete the floral cross sticth which now hung in my dining room area....


maybe .. should i ... mmm.. my quilt making still haven started as i dun have time to go down to get my fabric.. ARgggg.. why i always want to do so much things ???

Lunch Buddy

Today Jia and i feel so bored. she just started her new job and i'm so bored preparing for monthly meeting.. bored to death. churn out the statistics and do the indicator.. repeating the procedures monthly.. really grow mushroom..

then, we were discusssing abt lunch kaki.. nowadays, she dont have lunch kaki.. same with mL who also started her new job not very long ago... then they said so dry during lunch time.. all by themselves.. pathetic in a way..

as for me, i sometimes eat on my own too.. as last time i used to lunch with yong.. but since he changed to after shift he no longer eat early.. and i only lunch with jen & tom & bob.. the rest of them nothing much in common to talk during lunch, thus, if the three not in morning shift, i will just eat on my own.. i rather not lunch with boss cos always end up i got to foot the bill.. unless he ask or with vendor then i will join else i rather lunch alone..

Last time, i really cannot lunch on my own.. as i feel so bored so lonely.. i've never lunch alone before.. until the time i was pregnant.. cos it's the time when yong shift changed and i prefer to do my own stuff like marketing.. library and etc..

after this period.. i'm kinda used to lunch alone and spending my lunch time with my own stuff.. heee.. cool huh.. maybe last time i feel shy cos when i lunch alone.. people will think i'm so lonely.. but now as i grow older.. this does not matter anymore..


so just try to enjoy the lonely time during lunch la..

From Experience

Now i know that teething will not give fever more than 37.x, if exceed 38 means not teething fever.

many mums advise me to clean bb's butt after she poo poo and pee pee.. under the shower or tap water. avoid using too much of baby wipes due to chemical. try to use lesser diapers. use more cloth napkin..

many mums advise try to feed bb more fluid, not just milk. since bb just started her solid (rice cereal), more water is good. constipation will cause UTI too.

So, we shall practise all the above :)

Urinary Tract Infection ?!?

Well.. i've been really "busy" for the last weekend.

First of all, i extracted my last wisdom tooth on thursday. my second anniversary of our ROM day.

Then, my little pumpkin fever persisted. on and off. and we noticed discharge when she pass urine. so quickly see doctor. and doctor refer us to KKH immediately. A&E.

so, saturday, we spent most of our time in kkh. almost one whole afternoon trying to collect bb's urine for testing. and the result is not that optimistic. the white blood cells count is very high, possibility of getting UTI (Urinary Tract Infection). OMG. what is that, i've never encounter this before !

we have always been careful in cleaning bb. always wiping from in to out.. and use baby wipes, water.. but how come still get infection ???

so, since she is only 6 months plus, doctor advise bb being warded immediately.

so, we stayed in hospital for the virus culture to be out in 72 hours. everyday, bb has to be on antibiotic drips once a day. i was crying like mad on the day when they try to get her blood and urine for tecting and poke the needle for the drips... she is crying so loud. First time since she is born, she cried so loud ! really breaks my heart into pieces..

the lab result was a relief though.. her blood was not infected. but she still need to take 9 weeks of antibiotics and follow up check ups.

so sad that bb so young and have to go through this. but from beginning till now, she still active, feeding well, playing..lucky thing.

Phew... got to take good care of her.. finger cross she will stay healthy forverer ! i just wish for this !

Teething

My girl is teething now.. very pitiful. fever and all. so my mc was spent with her at home...

Finger cross, her fever will go down soon. on and off.. 38.x deg celcius. scary !

So finally, i extracted my final wisdom-tooth. no more wisdom left now. 2 days mc la..

right jaw like swollen.. gees.. why we need to have wisdom teeth, not say will add more wisdom to us..or it does ?

My Girl Making "Ta ta ta " sound

my Baby starts cooing and making baby talk as young as 3 months.. nowadays i noticed her cooing has become "ta ta ta ".. so i guess she may be into the stage to make some verbal sound that is preparing her into proper vowes like "pa pa " "ma ma" ??

heee.. so looking forward to it..

i just love to hear her making baby talk.. really music to my ears.. ta ta ta ..

Anger !

I simply cannot respect boss that do not know how to appreciate his employee's hard work and during appraisal, when ask if there is any weakness that need to be improved, he will say, no no im very happy with your work, i think your strong points are.. blahhh.. but when come to promotion time, he promote cols that joined later and he approached cols that joined later for better position as in head position.


so, you are totally "forgotten", your job now is do all the "dirty" work, he just ensure someone do all the work, which is you.

so, if you are not happy with my performance, just say so, so that once i get the hint, i will look else where for better opportunity. why give me hopes and yet pour me cold water like this..

so demoralising.. no motivation..

Complaint about MEN

my mum said husband always take for granted that the wife will take care of everything for them.. look after children..take care of all the titsy bitsy things at home.. cookings.. household chores. blahahhaa.. men will just come back from home expect dinner to be ready.. expect children is taken care of..expect clothes are iron..readily hung in wardrobe for him to wear, ecpect bed sheet has been changed.. expect everything is done..

they never think of how things are being so organised at home ? maid does not help to coordinate or use barin to think that when salt/vege/food is finishing we need to replenihs.. when baby grows they need more clothes.. when offer... must buy more to stock up for diapers blahahhaa...


tired being woman.. or rather being wife.. my mum said it is all the same. men will never spare much thoughts of how we woman get things done.

so when we complain they said we hurt them.. when we don't complain we feel so unfair cos they work , we work too.. but why we have to do so so so much work than them.. it's NEVER been fair !!!!


that really explain why woman always sleep early.. cos they not only physically tired ( carry so much things home daily from work place to home) and mentally exhausted ( from thinking this n that, coordinate/organise this n that..for home/husband/children.. everything..)

I need more sleep now.. from recalling what is in my brain to write in here.. phewww...

Sewing Machine

heee.. i bought my very first sewing machine allallaal.. mm.. why i buy ? mm. cos it's on offer and it's branded and i think i will use it for my quilt making..and i think i can use it for LGG's pants and so on...

Jen bought one and told me abt the promotion price. so i too get one. hee.. haven start using it.. shall try it out.. soon..

i've been "busy" not with work.. but mostly cos tired.. wonder why i tired easily.. i can sleep as early as 930pm till 6am.. tt's how much i can sleep and i need to sleep.. weekends is never enough sleeps.. with baby around.. im forever lack of sleeps.. zzzz.. why baby always sleep 10 minutes only...

Quilt Making

Im so interested. i feel like starting this hobby right away. But i don't have the time to search or materials to start this hobby.

I've been so engrossed with my research on how to start and what i need to start this hobby.

So, once i found the place where i can get the fabric, i shall start my very first quilt making project.

StretCh-ING

I have returned to gym now. i started piltaes before cny but skipped for week due to cny.

Last week, manage to join body balance class. feel so good to be able to exercise again. this week i went for body balance too, this time, cols followed. guys cols. really laughing my hearts out to see those men trying so hard to stretch themselves in the class.

Body balance really not for men, cos when they stretch, they don't look as graceful as woman. they just look...in pain. haaaa

But, it's fun as we get to exercise together. but i don't think they dare to join me in body balance anymore. muahahaha..

Hoo.. this is one of the pose we find funny.. as she is trying to turn over.. but the sofa is too small so she got stuck.. ended up looking like she is posing for the camera.. kekeke.. model to be maybe..



HH is so so so cute now.. she can grab thing firmly already .. have strength to pull the objects to herself.. and she like to touch things of diferent texture.. and of course inlcuidng punch us..my mum n i have so many scars from her scratches.. like cat's claws..

she is now 5 months old le.. so fast..will soon start her solid.. her first food. she likes to see us eat.. our mouth movements.. sometimes when we bring food near to her mouth, she will even open her mouth .. wanting to eat.. haaaa..

but i will only start her solid after she is 6 months.. cos only 6 months in her life she is fully on milk powder.. after that she will be eating like us..so no hurry to wean her to solid..

we are starting her first solid with organic rice, grind into powder.. i guess this is the most natural. now i understand why parents always want the best for their children.. cos i now feel the same.. i dun mind doing a bit extra or paying a bit more.. so long my baby gets the best.. or at least better ones..


I hope i wont turn out to be the typical kiasu parents.. im learning to be a open-minded parent as possible.. heeee

Finally i went for ITIL.. everyone in my company has to attend. so there r 7 out of 14 students from my company.. muahahhaa..

It is indeed a very interesting course as we play F1 car racing by applying the processes taught in the class.. Very innovative way of conducting classes...

Next course.. i think i wanna go for project management.. they said at Grand Hyatt.. food n venue both 5 stars.. yum yum.. heee.. my cols only remember the food n not the course content..

Movie Date

Yesterday removed the wisdom tooth stitches le.. lalalal.. now got to make appointmeny to remove the last wisdom tooth .. then my wisdom is competely removed. Opps..

yesterday, LGG and i managed to catch Stephen Cho'w CJ7 lallala.. cannot miss his movie.. but this time, not so funny la.. but quite touching.. especialy when stephen chow died in the accident. but of course he came alive afterwards lah.. the boy is really really cute..

Rat's Year

Gesss.. i dun feel rat will be a good year for me.. as i walked into the year of rat with flu and rashes !!!

Darn flu just cant wait to attack my immune system on the eve, and i started to get full blown flu on the very first day of CNY !! sob sob sob.. then after eating the stupid pain killer prescribe by the super expensive doc consultation.. i have to pay double for seing doc on cny.. i was allergic to the pain killer and got rashes all over my body.. sollen face and eyes of frog.. can u imagine ?? on cny ?? till now i haven got chance to wear my cny clothes.. so so so sad..

LGG n precious go visiting and all.. i was left at home sleeping to cure my flu.. so sad..lgg said i have an eventful cny.. indeed !!!

Sob.. now feeling better, but my rashes still on n off.. im not sure is it really im allergic to the pain killer like the doc told me or other things.,. after give birth, i seem to get rashes easily.. wonder why ..

SG Childhood immunization - Review

There are many injections for children since birth. Thus, to keep a record of these vaccinations, i decided to blog about it.


I obtained the following table from mum centre website.

Optional Vaccinations Schedule



There is now 5in1(DPTa/HIB/Polio) & 6in1(DPTa/HIB/Polio/HepB) vacciniation that combines the jabs. HH is taking 5in1 as the polyclinic nearby does not have 6in1.

So far, she has taken the following:

(1) at birth : BCG + Hep B
(2) 1st month : Hep B
(3) 3rd month : 5in1 1st Dose
(4) 4th month : 5in1 2nd dose & Rotavirus oral

We plan to have pneumococoal after her 3rd dose of 5in1, thus not to conflict with the compulsary vaccincation schedule.

Polyclinic nurses always discourage parents to take any optional jabs before the compulsary jabs. very confusing sometimes we are trying to follow the schedule from recommended schedule.

4th Month-Old

HH is 4 month old today. To remember this day, mum+me+HH went Ikea by BUS.
Yes, by bus. This is the very first time HH takes SBS Bus since she was born. I guess the experience is more adventurous tha taking mrt as she seems so interested with all the scenary on the whole journey and keep looking around. hardly blink.

I think maybe bcos in bus can see more things compare to in mrt.

I bought her a cutey toy basket. and some soft toys. See.. again buy things for her.. cannot resist those cute cute things..

WisDOm Tooth

FInally, i've extracted my wisdom tooth yesterday. I've taken the left side first. The right side will extract some time later.

The whole process is not painful but not comfortable as you get to hear the dentist use the drill or whatever ot is inside your mouth. so "geli"

now healing.. no MC since im still on maternity leave.

Milestones - Crawl

Today we found out HH (aka Hann Hann) can move forward on her own. Not much though, but she starts to make the fwd moving action with her legs..


Mum said she may be able to start crawling next 2 weeks time. woah !! what a development ! so i quickly write down here so that i will be able to remember her first crawl.

now, she likes to sleep with pillow covering her face like this.. Jen said her baby does that since 2 months.. haa.. i guess they feel comfy with softy coevring them. they can sleep easily in spring cot too.



HH likes to suck her thumb and fingers now. even with mitten. always soak the mitten ith saliva . Shake head

CNY

Getting excited ? CNY is just round the corner.. today LGG & i went down to bugis to get some mushrooms/nuts/abalone for our parents, for CNY.. heee.. this is the first year we actually go down to buy ourselves,,. last year my mum in law help us buy.. quite fun as i get to learn how to buy and choose what to buy for our parents..

Im thinking of preparing some cny dishes this year.. so that it feels like cny..got to dig out the recipes and get the ingredients ready !! so looking twds.. lalallalaaalllalal

Tomorrow will attend SS's wedding dinner... she is one of the last few left.. so we dun have many left that is still singles back home.. haaa.. can see all of us buddies are quite "laku".. almost sold out le.. ghahahhaha..

Sadly, i cant attend Ren Ren's wedding back home.. cos SS's invitation came first and i'm not able to go home by now. Hope she has a unforgettable wedding dinner ever ! be the prettiest nyonya bride ever !! Muak. sending all my loves to my buddy !

First Trip home..

We made our first trip this year to my mum's place with our little precious along, of course.

In the beginning, she is not so happy about being in new place, surrounded by new people.. but she gets used to it rather fast :) her cousins are sooo fond of her..

we got many many things for her back home. two big luggage bags all her stuff.. phew.. we got her the baby gym too .. which is so much cheaper compare to getting one in s'pore.. and the most amazing things is, we managed to bring back a new spring cot for her all the way.. through customs and all .. kekekke.. we got the spring cot for RM 89.90(offer) with stable stands and all whihc in s'pore easily 120++.. kekekkee.. laugh my hearts out !!!! so very worth it !!

within the 10 days at her maternal grandma's place, she has changed quite a bit.. she now talks a lot.. always make baby sounds..as if she has lots to talk about.. she likes to turn come turn go.. very dangerous to leave her alone.. must attend to her or watch out for her at all time.. as she will turn and if not careful all down from her mattress.. today i found her leg stuck from the gap of her cot.. cold sweat !

This trip, i get to visit my aunt's new home.. cool ! so huge and westernize ! and get to meet up with my high school friends.. all mummy now.. so we have concluded, all mummy will have spare tyres .. sob sob sob.. get to see thier children.. so cute and of course noisy !!

mum made pineapple tarts for cny. this year will be our first year celebrating cny as parents.. ahem ! upgraded. so i must get some cny stuff for my home.. so that it feels like cny.. haaa.. cool

Milestones - Turn

My girl can now turn over on her own.. only 3 months she can turn to one side on her own.. my mum said she is a strong girl ! haaa.. she is huh !

Despite her stomach flu, she is still able to turn here turn there..in away, we don't feel too worried as she appear normal and healthy.

STomach Flu SObbb

My girl is now having stomach flu.. keep purging since 29th.. see doc twice still her conition not getting any better.. so worrying.. make me think of rotavirus.. as im planning to take this vaccination during her second dose for 5in1..

Her stool is soft and watery plus a bit of blood sometimes.. doc seem to think this is rather common in babies.. WHAT ??? so tomorrow shall see the doc one more time and if still not getting better we shall go to hospital.

My mum in law said last time her child also like this, they r heaty.. so we make some barley water for her.. hope it will help. Now she is drinking Soy formula to prevent further purging..

Lucky thing is that she is still drinking as per normal.. still playful and smiling and appears helthy and normal.. except her bottom keep discharging watery stool..

My new year resolution ? My girl stays healthy and happy forverer !

BB's laughter

BB starts to laugh and smile easily when she is about 2 months plus.. this is normal to babies.. they are like start to find things around them or their parents amusing.. not sure whether is happy or funny.. haaa... but just cute..

bb vaccination

Today we went for bb first 5in1 injection. this injection will cause fever so got to monitor her for the next 24 hours.. take temperature now n then..she did her assessment too.. her weigh/heigh/head cicumstance all within normal development range of her age. but she is not so good in identifying the direction of sound.. which the doc need to assess her again in the next 3 months.. mum said she still too young to identify where the bells come from..

we shall take her pneumococoal & rotavirus next month together with her 2nd jab of 5in1.. so many jabs.. kiasuism parents no choice.. better to prevent than cure :)

Maid - Phil to Indo

Hoo.. i have changed my maid from that phil to indo.. cos the pevious maid always face black black when ask her do work.. as if people owe her money.. so i give hef chance to say what she wants.. she said she wanna go home.. well be with it.. off i sent her back to the agency..

now, i have a new maid, indonesian...since mid dec.. we shall see if she performs well.. she is a transfer maid.. many people told me not totake transfer maid.. but since there is not many indo maid.. so i guess i shall try this first lah..

life without maid is a bit of a agony.. haaa.. cos got to do all housework by myself.. so it is still better to have one helper at home.. muahhaha.. am i getting used with having maid a home ?? so soon ..

Xmas Party

This year, we attended my company xmas party in trio.. my two baobeis.. big & small.. i have nanny to carry and feed my baobei while i busy talking and eating.. haaa..

Yesterday i tried putting rattle onto my girl's hand and try to let her hold..surpriseingly she can grab the rattle and hold it up .. even with some shakes..

So proud of her ! her sugar caned arms really strong ! muahahah

MarathOn-ing

hoo.. i din miss it this year. No way ! i only had a one round jogging with LGG one week before the marathon. that's the first jog i had since january 07. After i found out im expecting !

So, we managed to complete the 10km marathon again this year. This is kinda like our yearly exercise. One time for the whole year .. hee. We jog for 3km plus then walk for the rest of the journey. heee.

This year JK tag along as he said he wanna see girls. we took 1 hour 38 minutes to complete. next year we shall aim for 2 hours. haaa.. for us, it is the longer the better..

2 MonThs Baby..

my small baobei can now see things hanging high up.. last time she can only see mobile hang near her.. now she will look at colourful mobile hang much higher on top of her cot ! so so clever! hee..

she will smile and talk to the colourful animals moving about..she likes to listen to us talking to her and she will respond will her own language..sometimes the sound she makes as if she is talking to us.. cutey cutey

she is now 2 months plus..but we feel like ages already ! When then she can start to crawl/talk/walk/run...im a very impatient mum ! hee

ShoPping Spree - Dec

Yipee !!! Gonna go shopping for new clothes for cny this december !

Things i wanna buy:
1. a new dress for dinner
2. some new clothes. been wearing maternity clothes for months.. it's time to add new clothing to my wardrobe !
lucky thing i still can squeeze into my pre-pregnancy clothes.. else i have to set aside more budget for clothing now.. heee.
3. new and colourful curtains for my home ! i want to have more colours in my home so that baby grows up in a colourful home ! heee
4. a bead sofa.. for baby to sit on.. and i can sit on it too.. it looks so comfy.
5. baby new clothes. already have her cny clothes (gifts) so maybe i'll just get some for her daily clothing for 6-9 months.
6. get a short sleeve shirt for LGG.
7. replenish my skincare products. running out soon. shall get some masks too. getting some freckles during pregnancy. sob !


i wanna perm my hair in January too.. my mum and i tot maybe this time we shall go all the way..perm the "explosion" hair-style.. like those negro.. muahahahhaha cannot imagine myself in that hair style but shall decide again..later my boss and cols tot i gila !

M-A-I-D or M-A-D ?

Well, it is expected that getting a domestic helper will have some issues when handling with her needs and all..she is however a human being like you and me.. thus, i always try to put myself in her shoes.. as in how she is feeling and thinking.. being trapped in a home doing the work while seeing your employers shaking legs and enjoying their days at home ..

She is however a 23 years old.. so young still..but sometimes see the way she do thing. i really think.. if she is not serious why she wanna commit herself in this field ? sometimes see her like half-hearted to do her work.. do for the sake of doing..

sometimes in our work, we too not so commited. so i can understand. let her b lor.. once awhile she skip here and there.. i just open one eye close one eye .

when she first arrived, i asked if she needs to call/write home or send money home. she said no need. she dun have to call/write or send money home. and deep in we tot.. wahh. so "boleh" ? she said the money she earns is for herself she does not need to take care of her family. well. be with it lor..her own money anyway.

End of October, when i gave her salary, she told me, if she wanna call home to talk to her grandma, can she do that.of course she can, cos it'll be from her own salary anyway. but she said not now, some other time.

yesterday, she asked me for permission to call home as she has things to ask her father. i asked her, "i tot last time u said no need to call ?" she said cos she has things to ask her father. well, ok lor, i just help her to get the phone card. she even know how much the card costs.

so, we knew that, sometimes i ask her to get things from convenient shop.. and bring her to market. i guess tt's how she found out about the phone card and she even take note of where the public phone is. so, you can tell she is "Im no stupid " she already have in mind where and how much is the card costs and where she can make the phone call.

i noticed too, that some things she told us..she twisted it when ask her again some other time..wonder is b'cos her english is not good and we misintepreted her or she is lying..she said her last employer did not pay her as they let her study at night.i even told her.. "like that you must be tired? morning work whole day, night still study ? ".. she some more replied "yes, it is"..
But today when i asked since she din get salary how can she call home then ? she told me she called home from her previous employment. But this time, she said she is paid. her studies is when she worked in her home town before she took up her previous employment. as maid too. ??? so, now she said another thing. but she did not specify in her resume she worked in her homw town before. she said agency told her no need to specify. ohh well..

sigh, having a stranger at home is not so easy. we have to still guard her movements and observe her. so sian.. but i think so long she can help to do the housework as instructed. Good work or not is another matter of course.. then we will just let it be lor..

just hope she wont have more weird behaviours..

BB FirST traiN tRip..

Hee.. can't help it. i just feel the need to record down all her "first time"..today we took train to ICA to collect bb's FIRST passport !. Yipee !! she can now travel !..mm..does it make any connection at all ? airport + passport ??

she is just happy to be going out for our "jalan-jalan" day.. she likes being on the move..

so, now we have gotten her first passport and we shall have our very first overseas trip soon :)

BB starts to talk to herself when she sees her mobile moving and she will smile with mouth open big big.. wonder why she is smiling though. Mum said she is learning to smile.

BB Changi Adventure *O*

Yesterday was a whole day outing day for bb. Morning we brought her out for breakfast.. afternoon, we again brought her out for lunch and library book hunting..

When we reached home from lunch, her grandma called and we went out again to see grandma +grabdpa's new home. However, we were stranded there for few hours due to heavy downpour.. so heavy with thunder and all..

it was about 5pm when grandma+grandpa decided to leave for airport to pick up bb's uncle (LGG's brother aka ah chek). so, we thought.aiya. already there, just tag along lah.

so off we went to changi airport.
BB's very first trip to changi airport !! yipee !

hopefully, the next trip she will be taking flight wor.. but NEVER be an air-stewardess !!! there are better and more promising jobs out there !! but if marry a pilot also not bad.. mm.. heee..

unfortunately, the flight did not arrive on schedule due to heavy rain, we were stranded in airport for nearly 5 hours from the initially scheduled time. shake head ! we already given her the last feed of the milk powder brought from home. that will last only 2-3 hours before she woke up for her next feeding!
so frantically, LGG and i searched around the airport for milk powder. we ended up travelling over to terminal 2 via skytrain to get her milky ! Lucky thing, we got it ! and so, we felt safer to wait for her uncle's arrival !

After such a long wait, bb still dozing off comfortably in our arms and then her "mercedes" pram..her uncle finally arrived ! untidy long hair and all.. he immediately showed us the skirt and the pink piglet he gotten from OZ for bb ! so cute !! the ang mo baby's clothes really looking good ! so this will be her cny's collection ! heee

bb continue to o o.. so guai.. this is not the end yet, her uncle tot he wanna unload his stuff at his home and distribute all his buyings to us all.. so off again we went to grandma+grandpa old home.. still cannot go home yet ! so, her uncle unpack and bubbling on how he pack.. where he buy and so on.. bb finally woke up from her beauty sleep and managed to take 2 photos with her only "ah chek" before she demanded for milk milk ...

After feeding .. we finally ready to send bb home to her bed.. but her ah chek said wanna go and eat dinner as the flight delayed, he did not even have his dinner. but grandma disagreed that bb tag along as this was too late already.. coming to 12 midnight.

so, off we went to our home sweet home.. and baby finally got to her bed ("kiap between her mama and papa") and continue her beauty sleep till her next feed. We too quickly bath and all before she wakes up !!

That's bb's sunday ! well-spent ? haaa..Shall let her know about her first trip to airport and what followed after that !

Blueberry Cake With Crunchy Topping

Yesterday, got the mood, so bake the cake of the recipe published in newspaper 2 weeks back. I cant get blueberry so replace with raisins.. result is not bad at all.! yum yum !


recipes:
130g unsalted butter <-- i use normal salted butter, as this is what i have in fridge
130g castor sugar
2 eggs
250g self-raising flour (sifted)
120ml milk
250g blucberries (2 packets) <-- replace with sultanas raisins

Crunchy Topping:
130g plain flour
100g brown sugar
100g butter, chopped
100g chopped macadamia nuts <-- left over from gift by in laws from thei oz trip

Methods:
1. Grease and line a baking tin and preheat oven to 180deg c
2. First make the topping by rubbing the flour, butter and brown sugar together in bowl until it resembles coarse breadcrumbs then add chooped nuts.Set aside
3. For cake, beat the butter and sugar together till light and fluffy <-- this is very important step to ensure your cake texture is soft and yummy
4. Add eggs one at a time, beating to mix them in.
5. Continue beating while adding the sifted flour and the milk a little at a time. The mixture will look like thick batter.
6. Pour cake mixture into the prepared baking tin and sprinkle the blueberries on top. Then sprinkle the crunchy topping evenly over the blurberries.
7. Bake in the oven for about 50 minutes until a chopstick inserted into the mixture comes out clean. <-- i bake for 60 minutes as i did not pre-heat the oven.

Appraisal Once More

This is the time again.. BONUS BONUS BONUS !!!

We shall have our year-end appraisal soon. Boss is asking us to fill the form and submit to him beforere the interviewing session.

This year i have been assigned with a new role.. i guess that's enough to fill all the responsibilities areas muahahaha.. some more my french boss even wrote an email to praise my good work ! Thus, no worries abt BIG Bonus again huh !!1

Just keep my finger cross ! BB can have more toys, i hope !!

Baby talk..

Only 1 month plus and my baby already start to "talk" she will uh.. blumm..gerrr.abuuu...ohh.. so clever !!!

haaa.. so happy and proud of her.. that's how a mother feel when their baby starts to make their fisrt few sounds (other tran crying, of course)...

and now she will half turn her body.. still not enough strength to turn over to one side.. but half turn is a progress already !!

she now seems to know morning and night, as morning she always refuse to sleep even after feeding.. but night, she will obediently turn in after each feeding, only occasionally she will want some cuddling and rocking before going to sleep again..

so, shall monitor her progress..

mum is back to normal self now, she is taking care of bb for me too. she went home over the weekend.. i think good for her to re-charge, as i need some too sometimes.. so i have been taking care of my bb over the weekends.. tell you.. not easy.. luckily i haven go back to work.. else defintely cannot make it.. cos not enough sleeps...

Good newsss.. one of my buddies pregnant for second bb now.. too early to annouce though, so i shall not announce her name here :)

Get-Along wif Mum

Sometimes it's normal that we have some arguments with our mum.. i noticed that when we stay together we always have arguments.. im not sure is it because we both have different way of thinkings or we both as stubborn..

Yesterday, while i was taking nap. mum carried baby into my room. telling me baby not sleeping the whole afternoon. i casually said .."aiya.. you dun kaypoh go and carry the baby, pass to maid lah" immediately she got angry and pass the baby to maid and said "i dun want to take care of the baby !" i was telling her.. "you have backache, already complaining that cannot carry , still you go n carry.."
With that the whole evening ended up silence..

im too lazy to bother.. cos she din bother the baby.. so i have to take over.. where got time to sweet talk mum some more..dun care

this morning, she still angry, not talking to me.. i dun care lah.. ask the maid help to feed baby while i go out to take newspaper..when im back.. she still hiding in bed room.. so sian le.. i ask her " what's wrong with you ?"

She raised her voice with tears.. said i scolded her.. said maid laughed at her.. said im accusing her of fighting to take care of baby.with maid. i was like.. HUH ?? since when i said that ? weird in the sense that she can think of all these which she imagined herself.. and then she got angry and feel sad the whole night..and i think she misundetstood maid cos she dun understand her english. she said maid pretend to be hardworking only when im around.

but, i think all maid like that wat.. wat she expect me to do ? fire the maid and get new one ?

she said she wanna go home.. im angry too.. so words slipped out of my mouth.. "ok lah.. u want to go home, you can go home, but wait till rain stop" cos it was raining then.. she said " i can take cab" she started to pack mand all..with tears and all.. i felt like i've done something so terible till she acted this way.. sosoososos dramatic.. remind me of my ROM day.. also another drama..

deep down i was thinking.. it was a pity that she din't become an actress..

i called my sis.. told her what happen, she asked me to calm my mum down. so no choice lah.. got to apologise .. which i still think i din do anything wrong.. but no choice lah...i cant beat her being a drama queen !!


sigh.. it is always difficult to handle human being.. i rather work with PC..at least not much emotion involved.

Worst come to wosrt, i just have to leave baby to maid alone when i go back to work. No point feeling down cos there is always a way out of everything !

it's been 42 days now...bb is growing so much now..with her sugarcane-liked arms..piglet thighs.. bread face.. muaahhhahaha.. very very cute !!! tak boleh tahan !!! so chubby and yummy !!!

It's not convenient to post pictures of my baby here..else her photos will be all over my blog !!!! She is sosoososos cute !

Holidaying @ Home

Looking back.. how have i spent the whole of Oct at home..now already Nov. one more month then i'll be back to office, and in January, i'll be off for 1 month to complete my 3 months meternity leave.

Yesterday was payday for my maid.
First time i give salary to others. Always, i'm the one to receive salary. haaaa.. the feeling is not so bad. kekke.

she told me she only found out that her salary will be deducted most of it, for 6 - 7 motnhs, when she already in singapore. meaning to say, the agency did not brief them clearly when they are in their home town ? quite hard to believe as how can she sign all the papers and agreee to come so far and did not know how much she will be getting ?

She said she spent all her money on the maid training back home. The agency did not pay for them. the loan to agency was for the airfare and all the process fees.so, you can tell how much the agency is earning for each and every maid they bring in.

Anyway, it's the pre-agreement between the agency and her. i paid as stated. just the money did not go to her pocket but to the blood sucking agency. I guess MOM must have screen the process and profit earned by th maid agency especially when they are casetrust. it's the maid decision to come and accept the terms and conditions. poor thing. i told her to work hard as 2 years will pass in no time :)


so free now.. i have to start to plan for my holidays soon.. lallalala..

Bread Macking MaChine

Finally i bought the bread making machine 2 weeks back. Kenwood.

I've tried baking bread once. and dough once. but both failed. wonder why.

Shall try again.

Hep-B injection

BB today went for her Hep-B injection.. the moment i saw the needle being poked into her thigh.. my heart really pain.. feel so painful for her.. she only cried once and i felt like crying too..

so, really true, when it is your own baby.. own flesh and blood.. you will really feel the love for her..no wonder how we treat our parents.. they still love us and accept us..

December will start her 5-in-1 injections. those jab will cause fever. so x'mas shall spent with her.. hopefully she will be fine.

Muak.. kiss for my baby for taking the jab today. So pitiful :)

exactly 1 month since dearie was born..i guess in no time, it'll be one year.. two years...

BB Bilirubin Test

Yipeee.. BB no longer needs to go for bilirubin check anymore. cos the bilirubin level is now 51.. very healthy level. doc said no need come liao.. and bb's weigh is now 5.025kg.. hoo... so.. i've been feeding her well huh !

Wish bb stay healthy and strong !

BB Full Month Celebration - 21st Oct 2007

Hoo.. finally it's nearly a month since bb was born. To celebrate her full month, we chose this sunday 21st Oct ( bb girl full month celebration has to be earlier than her actual full month, it's tradition ).

It's a small celebration though. Just some closer relatives and friends. We didn't invite many, some we just send cakes for them.

Mum in law bought roast duck, roast chicken, otak, vegetarian popiah & fry vegetarian bee-hoon.

we bought some chocolate tarts & fruit tarts... so much food..all for the little baby girl !

BB Status update

Today went for another checkup for bb's bilirubin level. it drops to 102 now from last week 169. GOOD NEWS !

It is exactly like the doc's prediction, after day 7, it will go down by itself, but due to full breastfeeding during the first 2 weeks, the downward trend is slower. after we reduce the breastfeeding, the bilirubin level drops rather fast. so, it is a great relief ! however, we need to do one more check on the safe side to ensure it falls below 100 next week !

bb been feeding well.. almost every 2 hours one feed. phew.. hungry baby. today her weight is 4.325kg. 1kg more than her weight at birth. she is exactly 3 weeks old today ! :) and my mum and i feel like it's been months... really day & night of bb care..

one more week, bb will be one month old le.. we shall have a small celebration for her this weekend !! heee..and im officially off confinement. my mum said 40 days confinement.. but i guess going back for yoga is ok ?

my tummy still very soft..sob sob...but i lost 12 kg in 2 weeks time..still have 9kg to shed. it is really hard work .. 9kg lelelelelelel...but i wont give up !!!

All Over now...

Yesterday went for final Gynae checkup. The stiches are healing well and the thread are coming out by itself. Did a pap smear too. The next appointment will be one year time.

Phew.. somehow.. im glad this pregnancy journey has come to an end. 10 months of my life spent on pregnancy and child birth.

Now, it's another journey.. bringing up the product of my child birth.. even more challenging...pheww.. This round, im dealing with infant who will grow up calling me mummy and calling my LGG papa..still find it amazing.. will i be a good mother ? well. i will try la...

i shall consolidate the bills paid so far for the whole pregnancy and checkups including delivering.. see how much we have actually paid. hooo..

1 month.. it seems not long but when u r in it..it felt like yearsss.. so bored. many things mum said cannot do.. but i cannot 'tahan' i bath & wash hair daily.. wear shorts.. drink plain water..such a hot day.. how can i still wear long long pants all the time and not washing hair..or bath or not drinking water ???

and have to eat those chinese herbs which suppose to help strengthen up my body due to the child birth..but i really eat until sian...but funny thing is, those heaty stuff does not seem heaty to me..maybe really like what people said, when you just gave birth, your body is actually very cool inside and need to eat those herbs to warm it up..

2 more weeks to go.. phew.. how i wish i can go back to my normal life again soon :)

BreAstFeeDing..

breasfeeding is never easy.. i've determined to breastfeed since i was pregnant.bought all the necessaries stuff for breastfeeding.. but hor.. when i actually doing it then i realise it is NOT EASY at all..

For the first few nights.. only yhave colostrum which is watery and not much.. bb been crying so much cos hungry.. n we din know why..after the 4th day.. milk starts to come but still not much.. but at least enough for each feeding..not not whole day feeding, so got to feed her with formula in between.

as days pass by.. more milk.. from 2 oz to 3 oz each pump... i din feed her directly since day 3 due to sore nipples.. i know the closeness with bb when bf..but the pain is hard to endure.. sore n bleeds.. sob sob...

and doc said bf prolong jaundice..it's true..cos now bb still have to go to clinic to check regularly... her jaundice is going down but still consider high as it still at 229. who sayd drink goat's milk/coconut bb wont get yellow ?? all bluff people one.. but at least my bb's yellow is not serious until have to go under the photo duno what thing.. under the light. she just need tp be monitored to ensure her jaundice is not reaching the 300 mark and is going down. as the jaundice peaks at day 5 after she was bron and going downwards at day 7th. and i bf her.. which will take longer to go down..but doc encourage bf as much as possible..

the fisrt 3 days stool are dark green.. cleared after 3 days.. subsequent stool are yellowish cos bf..

BB's Umbilical Cord detached

Execatly 1 week, my girl's umbilical cord came off..exactly like my mum said. 1 week will detach.
