I'm amzed when in witness Missy's classmate who is just one month older than her.. being able to write.. yes write number 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 even 11,12,13,14,15,16... can you imagine that ? my girl can only scribble and i was so amazed when missy is able to darw circle and do cross, and zigzag lines.. but not proper writing.. as i feel 3 year old is still sucha tender age to be able to grasp the concept of writing.. as their hand muscle may still not matured as yet ??
But, i was wrong, i suppose, that her shichida classmate is abe to do this already and she was taught by her maid. i ask her maid , how she teach her to write. she said she taught for nearly 1 year already and everyday pratise kinda thing.. trace on the numbers on dotted line and slowly slowly she (Megan) just able to write.. wowo.. and her writing looks like someone who is already 5 or 6.. simply amazing !
am thinking i should start teaching didi to write by the age of two.. i missed this as i think writing should be taught only at 4 onwards.. haaa.. basically, SM is always one year in advance in the things they expect from the students.
So, on Sunday, i teach missy to write number 2.. oh well.. she is not there yet,, but i determine to continue until she is able to write..
It's an eye-opening to see how much a young toddler can do if we push their limits.. i believe i can start to form words with missy now.. since she knows all the alphebet's sound and recognise them.
I hope im not stressing her out, as i think at her age, she is having fun while play and learn and not feeling pressured.
