so sian.. i tried to do the sandwich loaf using hand kneading..i've controlled the water into the ingredients still the dough is very wet and not shiny..sob sob..
Tonight got to try again..using mixer.. so sad..
It has been ages since i had my diary written somewhere.. sometimes i feel like starting again but never get to do it.. now with the convenience of blog.. i may begin where i left off..
