This picture is taken when tarts are just hot from oven.. the egg still jelly like... but when i put in fridge, it does not look so nice anymore cos it dries up !
Anyway, i brought to office for my cols too.. good comments.. im not sure is it b'cos being polite or.. haaa...bob said first boite taste a bit blend.. cos i reduce sugar.. compare to those selling one, this is much lesser in sugar content.. but when you bite into the egg, it tasted good. that's what he said.. passed ! Yong said the same too.. said tasted like those selling one.. haaa..
