BlacK FRiday..ended with GuiLt...

today is not a bad day .. a bit tired with cases.. but still can bear with it... around 5 plus this irritating customer called in.. he informed before hand that he is going to shut down his server.. he needs guidlines to shut down his oracle n sap applications.. he obviously been logging few calls for this same issue..and colleague A and AOH indian rce already guide him through with the steps..

He called in and told me he has problem from certain steps when trying to shutdown his oracle .. he cant exit from the su session to # prompt ..not even with ctl+c...so ask him if he has another telnet session.. he din even bother to cooperate or check.. a stern 'NO' and expect me to do wonder solve it !!.. he asked to check with A.... n when i try to clarify the problem on where he has problem.. he kept quiet.. reluctantly repeat it.. and said he want to do it on production now.. i informed him.. we better check on the issue on development first ( as he keep saying to check with colleague A ).. informed him i shall get the resource to assist him.. he then not happy with that said " what r u going to do if u do not know where his problem is".. i repeated the problem as explained.. he then said ok..

promised to give him a call 5 minuts later... but not sure why.. i just find him so irritating..pain in the ass.. case has been passed to aoh to assist him.. so.. i decided to let aoh to help him instead.. as i was online with omniback issue..

AOH took the case n sonork me.. i told him to call cust n he said ok.. then cust called in.. said i promise to give him a call.. told call mgt F that i was irresponsible.. said i was rude??? what the heck.. this make me more reluctant to even want to take his call what else expect me to give him a call.. i told F.. if he is not happy go ahead n COMPLAINT abt me.. who cares anymore.. sucker !!!



A reluctant to take his call either as he experience with this cust b4..we then went off together.. instruct F to just pass it to AOH..serve him right.. he doesn't understand indian slant? well.. he has to live with it if he keep behaving so arrogantly..

left office.. went to gym.. but guitl strike me.. i kept thinking abt the case.. what happened now.. i've never done like this b4.. refuse to take cust call or even call cust when he asked to talk to me.. maybe cos i anticipate some scolding from him.. tt's why i just dun want to hear his voice ? too bad.. too late to ammend it.. i just thought that i should just give him a ring.. the most is listen to his sarca scolding ...

well.. not much i can do now... being perceived as "irresponsible... rude.." not a nice thing to know...shall see what can i "ammend" on monday.. this weekend i shall have to stuck with this..

My sis n HL kept saying.. let it go.. no point thinking of it ...can i ??
