Toys and more toys

I've added more and more toys for missy lately.. i've stop buying toys for some time, during the period when i was carrying didi. now im back to work and i have time during lunch break, so i shop and shop.

Usually i will only buy from toysrus, kiddy palace and ELC. i wont buy from heartland shops or grocery shops, which mum will do that. as i somehow think bigger shops carry safer toys.. i may be right though, as the recent news about toys having too much lead causing health hazards to children surfaced. most of the problematic toys are those sold in smaller shops. ELC is said to have safer toys eventhough they charge higher.

k, last month, i got missy this cash register, well, i saw some blogger mummy got this for their kids and i wanted to get this for missy for some time. so finally i found this nice one and on offer some more. great deal. from toysrus. it has the converyor belt, credit card sweeping, calculator, cash keeper, the scanner with beep sound.. very real. and of course notes and coins. missy keeps them in her pink bag.
she really engrossed in this.. for that 3 days.. after that she only take it out for awhile then ignore them.. well..i think she will revisit ? at least she will tell me "mummy, same one " when we went to supermarket and she observed the cashier with the cash register.

I just bought this stamp set last week, i almost got all of the melissa & dough wooden toys now. This also from toysrus. i just let missy chop for fun . she already knows her alphabet from A to Z.. so slowly i shal teach her to form words.. now i show her how to spell hr name first. she somehow knows it's her name after seeing it, cos in school their things are labelled with their name.

i got didi two hammers.. these are hammer with sound effect.. just for fun la.. cos it's one for one.. pay one price get two.. hee..didi only interested in chewing..

I think there isn't any other toys i have in mind anymore..I always believe children learn through play.. so have fun buyh=ing great toys for our children !
