I learnt to made this year.. i mean from preparing till wrapping.. hoo.. got to pick up this skill so that my child can have home-made chang..
Misys is so excited over this "new activity" by her mummy & grandma.. lucky thing LGG keep her occupied while we finished the whole few batches of dumpling wrapping..
My first wrap looks funny. don't have the angle.. but hey.. i improved fast.. my later batch, all sui sui.. but, after cooking, 2 chang drop out from the string..*opps* but for first timer, mum gave me a thumb up ! heee * happy*
hopefully, i can made my own change again next year !

well done! looks yummy... but i've always wondered why making dumplings always have to be done on the floor?
cos i like to eat dumpling, but i only like to eat my mum's version fo dumpling. so, ownself make lor hee. and why do it on the floor, then have more space to put all the ingredients and need to tie the dumpling on the string.. aiya.. i also dunno actually.. it's like why eating must sit on chair instead of sitting on floor.
