Milk Loaf- Success

Hoo.. This weekend i bake milk loaf. Wann try different type of bread as im a bread eater !! armm.. i can live with bread alone..but when i went europe.. i just could not consume much bread as i find their bread is much harder than our bread, so called sour-dough bread. must have good teeth to bite..

I get the recipe from homemaking blog. she is just so nice to share all her recipe but she prefers to let the machine knead and do the shaping and all using hand. I dun have so much time especially with missy being so demanding these days... she just needs to be entertained at all time.. so i just throw everything into the machine and woala.. a nice aromatic loaf of milk loaf..

But, it's a small loaf, i can cut out only 12 pieces max. so i wanna tryt baking a bigger loaf like 1kg. got to try out this weekend !

Ingredient:
143g fresh milk (I used low-fat fresh milk)
35g egg
25g caster sugar
5g salt
250g bread flour
4g Instant yeast
38g butter (unsalted)

No steps for me, as i just throw a;; in according to breadmaker instruction and choose the white bread 500g option. 3:14 minutes i think.

Happy baking !

ohh.. as you can see in the photo.. little missy is just so interested with my milk loaf.. she will examine the bread left right up down..she is inspector gadget at home.. she will check on her walker.. check on the key hole.. check on any small little hole/scratch... eg her daddy shirt's hole.. our ear rings..hair band.. watch.. she will take very long to turn come turn go and feel with her tiny fingers and at the end she will need to taste it to ensure it's nice looking and tasty.. *shaking head*
