Now, sis is hinting to me that mum is tired. she has backache since looking after bb.. geess.. so i must find out alternative of bb's child-care..
of course, i just could not let my helper take over the task. she is blur sotong, what ifs.. u know.. some more now bb has UTI before, we have to be very careful when clean her.. make sure she is not dirty especially after she poo.. how can i trust her to do the work ??
But, in the first place i hire helper is to look after my bb , my very initial plan before i deliver. but after deliver, seeing the way they do work, i really lost trust in them. and mum agree to help to look after so, i never sort other means to look after bb lor.. my helper just do housework, i never even let her carry bb..
Discussed with jenny.. she said shoudl try to train the maid up to at least lighten mum's load bt letting her carry bb.. play with her..i think i shall try to let go a bit by letting the helper to do the childcare tasks more now.. anyway, nothing particular that she MUST do for housework, nothing more important than my bb..
so, shall reschedule her work-roster.. look after bb as priority la..
shall see how it progress.. finger crosss, mum will be able to help me till bb is 2 years old. cos that's when she can tell more if helper bully her or etc
nowadays.. most people my age will have problem with who will look after their newborn.. we just cant let go.. by just putting our small little bb in those centre or nanny.. best if parents can help.. but how many parents can sacrifice ? some willing but body is weak.. some rather work or have too many grandchild to look after.. sigh.. problematic..
it's just too hard to ask mummy to quit work and stay home.. cos mummy will end up becoming VERY housewife.. and lost confidence in themselves and after their child grows up.. they just find it too hard to fit into the working life..
geesss.. this is how the society is changing now.. between our working life and child bearing..booo.....
