darn.. i think i just don't have talent to make muffin.. i seldom successful in muffin making.. i have 1/2 a box of muffin from last week, so tot today i shall clear it up from my fridge.. got this recipe from the blog that i always visit.. hers seem so yummy.. why mine so hard.. like rock.. the inside so compact.. it rises but does not tast good.. sob.. another batch of food gone to waste.. maybe my helper will like it..
she has been sick (sore throat /running nose) after she eat my first batch of muffin last week.. oppss.s. so it's my muffin that caused her to fall sick..
now, im baking the wholemeal beard again, this time using solely the breadmaking machine, shall post the photo when ready.. busy sunday !
