Bread Making

Today Morning, i decided to bake the bread that i've longed to make since weeks ago. I've got the required ingredients last week, but not the improver which i cant seem to find it at carrefour or ntuc. no time to go else where to search for it, so just go ahead without it.

My bread making was successful ! it looks so good. but the inside a bit sticky, not as fluffy as it looks





I don't have softcopy recipe. so have to post it when i'm free enough to type it all out.

Yipeee !! This is the simple version of bread. next round i'll try the "po lo pao" famous in Hong Kong. But will need few more steps . got to get ready all the ingredients before i can bake it !

Tmw bring my self-baked bread to office for breakie. so satisfying !
