Apple Cake Delight

My Next Baking...

Looks simple and the ingredients are healthy.
I'll definitely reduce on the sugar input. I find most recipe has sugar level that is too much for us, so reduce it.

5. Bake in a 180°C oven for 1 hour. Serve hot or cold.

After-baking tot:
Not so nice actually, the inside is creamy/sticky, outside is crunchie like biscuits.
Anything sticky is not likeable by LGG. so this recipe is out !

wah... been cooking/baking a lot lately huh? nice! remember to post pictures when u've baked it.

this looks like a nice n simply recipe. maybe i'll try it too, one of these days. then apples are red or green apples? and when we mix, need to use the cake mixer? or just gaul-gaul with a spatula?

i haven do this yet. plan to do it either tmw or friday. normal working day no time after work.
I will use red apple (Fuji apple) & of course i will use cake mixer, manual hand-work is too tedious lah
