MondaY .. Red..

Yesterday bang on my desk ..n got a greenish patch on my thigh.. rub it.. this morning.. it turned so black.. n pain..n ugly looking.. gotta rub more to let clog blood flow



today boss paid me the trip money.. woah.. first time i hold a $1000 SGD.. cool.. so mountain turtle..heee..



Gosh.. the baht rate only about 1SGD to 22 baht.. not so high.. anyway.. shall shop a lot there.. expected.. now headache how much money to change..MUST control myself.. cannot over spent..

why monday red ? cos i wear red.. haaa..

Oh yeah.. forgot abt yest incident with my insurance agent..
i called her yesterday morning.. told her i want a review on my insurance policies.. how much money i've made from my investment n stuff.. n im interested to know more of the pru card.. well.. she does not sound enthusiast.. but she said she is free anytime this week.. so i made an appointment with her today (Monday evening, 8pm, kfc opp my house).. she suggested bugis.. cos near her office and she can bring the required documents for me.. but.. hey.. im the customer. n i insist at redhill.. so she said ok..

evening, she sms.. said she has to chg date.. cos she forgotten she has an appointment with another customer.. BULLSHIT.. i sms back.. told her.. "it is ok, i'll get the info from other prudential adviser".. cos i dun think it is so big deal.. i dun have to meet her ONLY to find out what i want.. i know many people.. not only her ..

she replied back.. said "Please dun. dun b angry.. it's not that i dun want to meet u.. maybe i meet u at ur office during ur lunch time ?"

i replied her " it is ok, i will get the info myself"
she then replied " i have delayed my appointment, so i can meet u tmw as scheduled, sorry. but usually i prefer to have appointment made 1 week before"

i replied " it is ok, im not meeting u. nite"
she replied " sorry if u r unhappy. i have delayed my appt to meet u, i dunno wat to do le"

i din reply her anymore..

i think her customer service + follow up sucks.. cos being friendly with her does not mean im not demanding.. i can change my agent anytime.. just a phone call away..

so i just want to let her know.. im ur customer.. u should give me priority..not promise n then give excuses..

btw.. im not angry.. cos i think nowadays.. no one is depending on anyone.. if u cant give me what i want.. i can always get it else where.. just need to spend some time.. that's all...
