WinE AppreCiation Nite

Once again we had our wine appreciation sponsored by our vendor.. at Just Wine at Pahang Street.. cool place... a right place to chill out..

This time no more karaok .. but we had our wine appreciation lesson conducted by the restaurant itself.. learning the different type of wine.. how to tats wine.. how to hold the glass.. how to shake it .. how to smell.. the SSt(Sight, Smell & Taste).. how to know if wine we drink is bad.. new world & old world wine ( wine generation..) vintage year ( year when the grapes are harvested ) how to differentiate young wine & old wine..

Red wine best to have within 6-8 years.. white wine within 3years.. so to buy wine.. must remember this.. dun buy old wine.. and young wine should let it breath fr 3 hours before consuming .. it will taste the best..

so much knowledge.. interesting .. tonight we din have lot.. we have our games.. n we got spa voucher.. spa with wine.. haaa.. cool huh..


my boss jap lady fren got drunk.. sleep all the way home.. i think she is a very nice japanese lady.. we have nice chat n get along well.. first japanese fren i ever have.. cool.. shall catch up with her some other time for tennis or makaning session..

she is goin back to japan next month.. maybe can ask her get some stuff from japan.. hoo..like SKII.. ghaaaaa..

now is 0020 in the morning.. im still fresh.. wine suppose to make me sleep ? how come im still so wide awake ? boss said i can go work at 10 tmw.. but i have a request that has to be done before 10. so i guess still 9am lah.. siann..
