Today lunch with Irene.. she ask me again abt the fedex job vacancies..

3 positions.. 1 senior sys adm ( need to know unix+oracle ), 2 junior sys adm ( unix ).. contract 6 months still under Acacia..

Irene said the guy she set last time worked there for 2 years already and they get 1.5 (aws+bonus) and the salary is higher than my current basic.. mm.. not bad ..

i told her i better check with manager first see what he thinks.. this position is immediate.. which less likely i can go immediately ? talked to KH.. our conversations goes like this via sonork :

Me: "KH, did u know abt the fedex contract job from Irene?"
KH: "nope?"
Me: "mm.. ok"
KH: "what is it about?"
Me: "tony wee is looking for sys adm (unix + oracle) .. i thk he is trying to get 3 engineers from acacia..n Irene informed me abt this.."
KH: "oh.. i think its new."
KH: "u interested?"
Me: "yeah yeah"
KH: "go for interview lah.."
Me: "heee.. ok.. which means still under acacia lah.. irene said they want asap "
Me: "i send her my resume lor.. and see how"
KH: "its your call.. let u decide.."
Me: "ok thks"
KH: "maybe CF can also try if he wants?"
Me: "DUN want lahh"
Me: "errr.. i mean.. if no one ask him.. i wont tell him lehh"
KH: "ha"
Me: "i hope i dun have to work in a team with him.."
KH: "u go ahead first lor.."
Me: "ok"

so.. i send my resume to Irene.. and will see how it goes..
